Collapses are working!!

So finally they are working I worked on them today, and managed to make them work. The places I've tested them are the index and the quick reply.

So now you can nicely toggle all the categories and keep hidden the ones you want don't visite very often *cough* Support (unless you need it sometime lol) *cough*

Oh, and the Panel will also keep toggled for you now

So enjoy the part of your user configuration that should've worked before. And now it does in a great way!
