Just reduce the size of the window until it crashes, that's why I thought there was no min-width.

It seems to be not crashing as much now, but still, the calendar breaks the menu. And the container is not centered on the page.

Yeap, it doesn't break now
But it's still not centered, probably due the 40px margin on the right and left of the .container

fixed, moved the container class to a new div instead of assigning the wrapper,bottom and footer. now everything stays inline, and the margin:0 auto; keeps it centered.
